By accessing or using Tusomoza.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you are using Tusomoza.com on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

Tusomoza.com provides cloud-based tools designed to help educational institutions manage their academic, administrative and operational activities.

The platform may include:

7. Student & Children's Information

Tusomoza.com may process information relating to children because the platform is designed for educational institutions.

Schools and authorized users are responsible for ensuring that student information is collected, used and shared appropriately and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Users must not access or disclose student information unless they are authorized to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tusomoza.com platform, including its software, design, branding, interface, documentation and underlying technology, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not:

The applicable subscription terms presented to the school at the time of purchase form part of the agreement between the school and Tusomoza.com.

10. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, the trial period and included features will be specified at registration.

The current standard trial period is 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

At the end of the trial, the school may be required to select a paid subscription to continue using paid services.

Tusomoza.com may modify or discontinue trial offers where reasonably necessary.

11. Payments & Billing

Schools subscribing to paid services agree to pay the applicable subscription fees according to their selected package.

Depending on the package, billing may be:

• Postpaid
• Prepaid
• Monthly
• Annual
• Or otherwise agreed in a customized arrangement

Schools are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that payments are completed on time.

12. Subscription Suspension

Tusomoza.com may restrict access to paid services where a subscription expires or payment obligations remain outstanding, subject to the applicable billing and grace-period arrangements.

Where reasonably possible, schools may receive notifications before suspension.

13. Platform Availability

Tusomoza.com aims to provide reliable and continuous access to the platform.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Service interruptions may occur because of:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates
• Technical failures
• Internet or telecommunications problems
• Third-party service interruptions

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

The platform does not replace the professional judgment or legal responsibilities of schools, teachers, administrators or other educational professionals.

Schools remain responsible for decisions concerning students, employees, finances, education and institutional operations.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tusomoza.com will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• Misuse of the platform.
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials.
• Incorrect information entered by users.
• Internet or telecommunications failures.

• Events outside reasonable control.
